Shipping Policy

Origin of shipments All items are shipped from our stock located in Switzerland. No customs duties or import taxes are due upon receipt: these amounts have already been paid when our stock was imported into Swiss territory.

Carrier Shipments are handled by PostFinance / Swiss Post (CH Post), for delivery throughout Switzerland.

Processing time Orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery time Delivery time is as indicated by Swiss Post for the service used, generally 1 to 3 business days after shipping.

Shipping costs CHF 9.- for orders up to CHF 100.-. Free shipping from CHF 100.- of purchase.

Order tracking A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships.
